Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

Guess who dropped a 20-pound bag of dog food all over the kitchen floor at 4:30 AM today?

Up early to wrap gifts, tape up shipping boxes, and affix address labels, so I could take them to UPS, and post office for mailing. (In-laws are out in Colorado--UPS delivers to the mountains. Post office is 50 miles away from where they live--and they only deliver letter mail.) Meanwhile, the other box was for one of my brothers in NC, and he likes U.S. Mail only. (Anything else I can do for anyone?! )

Back to the dog food--in my wrapping frenzy, with the boxes and carp all over the kitchen table--I pushed one box back a little too far (to make room for my coffee  ). Didn't realize that the dog food was close to the back edge of the table. :jawdrop: Splat!

Dog came flying in at warp speed--a feast for a beast. I think he wolfed down about a pound of dog food--before I could scoop the rest of it up. :jawdrop:

How many more days until Christmas?

Christmas came early for Jack then! Lucky boy! Sorry you had to mess though.:)

I'm not sure if I mentioned this before but the Goodyear Blimp airdock is about fifteen minutes from me. The Marines have a Toys For Tots drive this weekend and we went last night with a trunkload. You drive through the hangar right next to the blimp (it is literally right next to you!) and the Marines unload whatever is donated from your vehicle. When we arrived the line was already fifty cars deep and a steady line turning in after us. A new blimp is being built so it didn't look like what you'd see on tv yet. It was still cool!

Waiting in line.

Closer to Blimp!

And at the exit you drive right up under the tail of the Blimp.

Next year we plan on going again to see the finished product. :)

That’s pretty cool.
I had no idea it would be that big!

The health ap is very handy for steps, because I'm too cheap to buy a fitbit. The ap will link to other apps you might have on your phone in which you might want to have the step count or health info linked to. It will link to my fitness pal and I have it linked to a health incentive thing my insurance uses for a reward program.
