I saw an article today saying a glass of red wine equals an hour at the gym, in beneficial health effects.

No applesauce, but hubby did make his own BBQ sauce it was good too.

I think a nice Michelob circa 2016 would go well with that agenda. Just slightly pale, but, with a fine fruity note.

We had BBQ as well. Though ours was from a restaurant.
