I do not remember why but related on how many years since they went down in quarterfinals or something.
Italy, France and Brazil all followed the same sequence.

My fingers will be crossed until it's all done. One of the great (and terrible) things about the game is that the tides can change so swiftly (like...that crap Penalty called for Netherlands against Mexico that was clearly a dive on the replays)...

I was very worried right at the end that France might attempt the same, just to get it into extra time...

All the fireworks shows are getting canceled or rescheduled left and right. I have no idea what we are doing this weekend anymore.

Out party we were supposed to go to got rescheduled to tomorrow and ALL the fireworks shows were rescheduled as well. It's been pouring ALL day. We shan't be celebrating until tomorrow!

maybe he was so smart he understood the whole BS of the current world system and felt a shock of depression.

If all there was to the story, I'd agree, but, by the age of 40 he moved back in with his mother and stayed there until he died. Oh, there was a lot more to it then that, but, I don't like to speak ill of the dead, so we will just leave it there.
