Off to bed after a busy weekend, hopefully I'll have some downtime tomorrow. The only thing that's planned is taking the tables and chairs from the party back up to the high school.

Talk to you tomorrow! G'night!

Studying for a licensing test I have to take for work. I figured out my latest pet peeve from their practice tests: misplaced commas!!! For instance: "Mrs. Lewis's height and weight, would be found in what part of her application?"

My boss said that the test is written on a fourth grade level. I think these practice questions were written by fourth graders.
What, comma issues? I, see nothing wrong, with that sentence,

Good morning! We survived Belated Mother's Day Party day. Weather was great, and since it was also Air Show weekend we watched the Blue Angels ( we've been seeing them here since Thursday, even though the official show was Saturday and Sunday). All told, I think we counted 37 people here ranging in age from 5 months to 94 years. Mom seemed to enjoy it, but she was pretty confused about it all. She won't even remember it when she wakes up this morning.

My fourth, grader knows, where commas should go.

Actual text she sent to hubby yesterday (he sent it to me):

Oh and up there you put "There really nice" you used the wrong there. It should have been they're showing possesion that they are mine.

@JenniferS would be proud!!

Glad it went well!! Does she have difficulty remembering everything at this point or just short term events? It must be so frustrating for her and all of you. Hope it's all going ok.

Predominately it's her short term memory that she lacks, although there has ben a noticable decline in her long-term memory this year. Sometimes she is able to remember all 7 of her kids' names, but sometimes she forgets the last 2. She can tell you stories about the kid who sat behind her in first grade though - 88 years ago!
