Yes. Ours here (all the same owner) have a small dining area of ten tables inside but most of their business is from the 30 car spots. They are open spring break week until the last week of September. (We have a big hot air balloon festival here that weekend.) Then the owner goes to winter in Florida.
We don't have any ice cream stands... or any stands for that matter. Well, we do have one little coffee stand, but I've never seen anyone use it.
