Can't believe that I'll be in Disney in only two weeks! Time has flown by, but it still feels like a long ways away with everything else I have going on. Been chaotic around here lately!

At least you've been to Florida twice already this year, one time for an extended period of time (while avoiding the annoying snow). I'm only there for six full days, and then I'm gone. It always comes and goes so quickly.

Oh and we are going with some of our family, and they don't seem that excited to go. Could be because they just got back from Hawaii a month or so ago. And they are going to Florida next year with other people. Hopefully once we get there they'll have that same vibe we do.

Doing anything special this trip?

We are going down to see my cousin compete in a national gymnastics competition held at the Wide World of Sports complex. Other than that it's mostly Disney.

That sounds like fun. How old is your cousin?

She'll be in 7th grade next year. They go by age groups in the gymnastics thing she's in. I believe she's in the youngest group.

Although I don't think it's that difficult to get into, though, because I think her entire team is going. But it's still something. Last year the national competition was held in the Wisconsin Dells (aka the "Waterpark Capital of the World"), which is just a couple hours form where I live, so Disney is a big step up!

She must be pretty good to be competing nationally. Good luck to her!

I've never seen her compete since she was first starting gymnastics years ago, so it'll be a surprise for me.

And we still don't know what day she competes, so I hope it doesn't mess up our plans too much.
