The balloons are the best part. If it was nothing but floats with singers I have never heard of I would not be this happy to watch.Parade time! Balloons are flying!Happy Thanksgiving (or Happy Thursday) everyone.

There's a big 10k run near us every Thanksgiving morning. Afterward traffic in the neighborhood is near gridlock for 45 minutes. With cars parked on both sides of the streets, there's only room for one-way traffic going out to the main roads. Schedule your medical emergency for another time, or if you insist on having one then, walk briskly to the nearest hospital. Do not try to summon an ambulance.
