We have a Keurig in a box in the basement. We tried it, but we both just drink regular coffee, so those pod things are pretty expensive when you figure it out. We do have the one that you put your own coffee into, but for us it's just as economical to make a full pot.

My husband leaves for work at 6 and I don't leave until 9 so he was buying a cup every morning for a couple bucks and I was drinking mine at work. Now he makes a cup - and brings breakfast. Win/win.

You non-coffee drinkers are better off. If I miss a day I get a nasty headache.

On a related note, has anyone tried the Keebler Cinnamon Roll cookies? I pop them in the microwave for a few seconds to warm them Yum!!! I could literally eat the entire package for breakfast.

My wife got me started on coffee. Until then I never drank tea or coffee in the morning. I've always liked iced tea but not the sweetened kind we southerners are supposed to like.

My husband loves "sweet tea" but I can't take it. I brew my own tea for iced tea and add just a bit of sugar to take away the bitter edge.

I like my iced tea plain but strong enough you can't see through the glass. My sister always added half a cup of milk to her tea. I really think she got the idea from Laverne drinking milk & Pepsi when we were young and the idea just stayed with her. (That's Laverne & Shirley for you young'us.)

My mother's Irish family always gave us kids hot tea with milk whenever we ate there. We thought it was a real treat back then, but it seems so weird to me now. But I can't drink coffee black, where she always did.

At restaurants I get brewed tea with a splash of sweet tea. Accomplishes the same thing but you don't have to try to get the sugar crystals to dissolve in the cold tea.

I never worked in a place where coffee was provided, but you're right, seems only fair.

My jobs have always stocked the fridge with beverages for all. My last job provided free meals a few days a week and also had a fruit delivery twice a week. Ahhh - the excesses of the hedge fund industry.
