We're thinking of getting a kitten.
You see, with me being gone so much because of school, Belle, my cat, is having some behavioral issues. Namely, doing her business in odd spots that are NOT the litterbox. I took her to the vet not long ago so I'm pretty sure it's behavioral, not to mention we think she did it on Tuesday when I didn't come home (I get home at about 10:30 on Tuesdays). My last cat had this issues, and after he died we realized after reading some more about cats that it was because he was lonely after the other cat died. So we're thinking a small kitten would be a good companion for Belle. Of course we'll wait until we find the right kitten, but we think she'll be less lonely.
