I was like that when I had my wisdom teeth removed. I was 30 and had to send my DS to live with my Mom for a week.
They had a devil of a time getting them out and my face and neck turned pretty colors of the rainbow and the 'ole face was as big as a bowling ball. Meds didn't help. It took over 2 weeks before my face didn't look like someone beat the pulp out of me.
This is what I looked liked after my wisdom teeth were taken out.

Nope, the only surgery was for my wisdom teeth. But the day the insurance laws change I will likely be the first in line for Cochlear Implant.

The very first day the USA delivered vaccinations to Doctors Offices my children were the among the very first to receive the Chicken Pox vaccine.
the cochlear implant is very worth it. I had very profound loss on both sides, it helped me immeasurably!

@Cesar R M your countdown clock says 4 days until your cruise. Now, do you leave in another day or two, to fly up to Alaska, so that you arrive in time to board the ship on the 4th day from now? I just wanted to be sure I was interpreting your clock correctly. Regardless, this is so exciting! Alaska cruises are supposed to be filled with gorgeous scenery and lots of good sightings of wildlife. Enjoy every minute!! :)
nope.. the cruise starts the 1st.
I arrive the 29th to Vancouver (late night), so I have 2 days to roam vancouver..
I already have planned most of the days.
A friend will also get me to a proper chinese restaurant (he knows a lot of that) and deliver me my surface pro 3 tablet.

as for the scenery.. thats something I really love!
nature!

I will probably burn down my nikon camera with all the photos I will take (I'm prepared with a few high fast memory cards and assortment of lenses)

@Cesar R M, I hope you have a great time on vacation! If you can, post a picture every once in a while so we all can pretend we are on vacation too!!! Enjoy!

thank you!
and I will hopefully post something at night. It depends how tired I am.
But since there is always something that I need to do at my job, I will probably be here too.

Although I suppose many stories could be adapted to some sort of animated movies, I hope they don't do it with this one. Please note this is just my opinion only, but both Hunchback and Les Miserables are supposed to be "dark" and there are just certain stories that I prefer not be toned down. I chose not to see the animated version of Hunchback; but perhaps I am in the minority.
the hutchback movie still got censored a lot, like most disney movies.
Tthe endings of most of the books for example... are dark.. In disney, they aren't dark but rather uplifting.

so.. removing your windsom teeth makes you transform into an horrible version of Weird Al mixed with Michael Jackson? XD

Weird because on the morning of the 27th, I went grocery shopping after work and was weirdly drawn to the bananas.

ITS A SIGN! THERE IS A BANANA IN YOUR FUTURE!.
but maybe you will be slipping in a banana peel.. not eating.
