We drove by - saw the lights, monster, etc. I was all stressed out about driving in Boston so once we parked by the aquarium (he wanted seafood - may have been his downfall!) we stayed in the area. Could have taken the T but wanted to get back to gamble!!
Yeah, we can catch the train from here right over by the airport now, so we avoid driving there too. Love that city though!

1 week in February > 3 weeks in the summer
Did your school district allow you to take off for vacation as teacher? Here they have restrictions which really don't allow you to take vacations during the school year.

We had to then, we were young and foolish. Once we realized that just going to FL for a week in our February break was a much better experience than going for 3 weeks during the summer, we never went back in the summer. We haven't been there in the summer now for 14 years.
In thirty years of travel to WDW (42 trips since 1983) I have never been there in the summer. September was way hot enough.
