The pig theme this weekend has produced some hilarious avatars! I burst out laughing over Arnold the pig from Green Acres. That show was so strange and funny; dare I say, "classic" tv??!! (Keep Manhattan, just give me that countryside . . . )

We used to watch all those silly shows back in the day. The Beverly Hillbillies, then it's spinoff Petticoat Junction, and then PJ's spinoff Green Acres. Just plain silly-good ol' fun!

@Soarin' Over Pgh - my daughter's therapist has a sign in her office that says, "Not to spoil the ending for you, but everything is going to turn out OK". And it will. I know things are all going in the wrong direction right now but it WILL turn around. *sprinkles pixie dust*

When it went off the air in 1971, 13 of the highest-rated 36 TV broadcasts ever up to that point were Beverly Hillbillies episodes. Most were from early 1964. Some episodes had higher ratings than a lot of Super Bowls do.

Wow. So very sorry there is so much crazy stress for you.
But, maybe all a' these happenings coinciding like this is an opportunity for you to turn it all into something positive.
Maybe it's an opportunity to begin the process of purging as much crap outta' your life as possible. You, obviously, want better for yourself, and, although it may seem like it's caving in on you all at once, that, so many times, has turned out to be exactly what one needs to stoke the fire under ones own rear, and get to gettin' to it. You're young yet, and you seem to have so much passion for life and much talent.
Go out and kick the worlds a$$, already...!!!

Sorry to sound a bit "preachy", maybe, or even condescending, but, I'm honestly just tryin' to be encouraging!

A little over an hour away, provided it's not on a Friday night, the weekend of the Honda Indy.
That's why we took the GO train.

Sadly, Wayne Gretzky's restaurant was closed for a private function.
And we got here too late to join the Steam Whistle Brewery tour.

No worries, just nice seeing Hubby for the first time all week.
