When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
I ignored someone earlier - just to see what happens - and I took me several hours to figure out how to undo it.
I only have one person on "Ignore". Clearly he doesn't post in this thraed very often.
More of a News and Rumour bully.

There's another person I keep almost putting on "Ignore", but then he posts something insider-ish, and I fear what I might end up missing.

Actually, I've seen pics of you before. Just not recently.
A couple of people have PM'd me photos.

It's much easier when you have a face to put to a name. I often forget who works where. Who's married or not.
Occasionally I have to click profiles for gender-checks.

Yes, whenever possible I like to put faces to names (or, in this case, faces to user names), but, I COMPLETELY understand why most folks are uncomfortable posting pics of themselves and family on anonymous websites.

Oh, and BTW...
I'm a just a bit ;) lighter than I was in those pics from our June '13 trip, and I still don't care about people seeing them! I am what I am...or, in this case, was...! :D :)

I might have the same ignore list as you...

Ivory Tower Squabble EST 2011. WINDMILL SURVIVOR
I was 7-9 years old. Dured more than 3 years of treatment.. first year continously.
I had bone cancer..so the treatment was very strong. hence why I am deaf (they threw the strongest chemicals they could to save me, included radiation. All they could, since the cancer was of the size of a big pear.. I was literally at heaven's door)

I still think the saddest thing is.. of the 6-7 kids who had the same cancer as me in the hospital at the time, I was the only one who survived.

Yep, my day all of sudden seems better and it was pretty sucidoodles.

While I am envious of the people that will go first.. I am already spoiled by being so close to my Alaska Cruise.

Good evening. I just woke up from a nap. With my cat. Now I just want to take another nap.

Cats feel no excuse to make multi naps.. so why you should?

Then I'll quiz you on me. Go!

Gender?
Married, Seeing Someone, Single, Divored, or "It's Complicated"?
Age (range)?
Rhubarb or No Rhubarb?
Work or School (majority of the time)?
Potato, potato?
Tomato, tomato?
Sharknado, Sharknado?
Height?
State?
BM or Not?

I look forward to seeing what you come up with for some of these.

I know all the answers but I'm going to let @JenniferS answer.

I just wanted credit for knowing.

Why thank you... Been around, somewhat active... But things on this forum and other Disney forums are just getting too much. Seems like the idiots are out in full force and the trolls are allowed to keep on trollin... Makes reading these forums less fun. it really may be tome to walk away for good and leave the asylum to the nutjobs.
Unfortunately, like all forums that have mention of some popular brand (or politics or religion)
You will always hit the nutty brainwashed man that thinks he really needs to defend his side at all costs, worse when their defence is always pure BS, insults and blatant stupidity/trolling.

Just stay in Chit Chat. There really aren't any idiots here until they start bringing up stuff from other forums, which happens rarely but not often. The Imagineering forum is a great crowd as well.
I find it interesting how some rumor threads can cause such uproar.

I guess my grandma is (or was) undergoing a blood transfusion while I was at work because some level kept dropping or something (clearly you can tell I'm not a doctor).

My parents went down for a few more hours while I was at work, my aunt has been home since around 3 or 4.

My brother finally got his holidays approved, so he and his family booked their Disney trip yesterday.

I spent two hours over there tonight, cobbling together a quickie calendar (thanks Josh!) and booking their free dining reservations.

His kids are the niece and nephew I borrowed last year and the one before. It made me feel good hearing them argue over which dining experience they wanted to replicate. We finally settled on Biergarten (niece), Via Napoli (nephew), The Wave (both, most enthusiastically), Raglan Road (niece), Les Chefs (for my bro and SIL on their 15th anniversary), and Mama Melrose (convenience). Unable to get (at any time!) Coral Reef (nephew) or 'Ohana (both).

BTW - They are doing exactly what Disney does not want them to do - renting a car and spending two days at Uni/IoA, while eating "free" Disney brekkie beforehand, and dinner afterward.

So for all of you that think that Disney is losing out on all the Potter hype, you might want to remember that Disney owns ABC. Why build it when they can make a fortune just showing the movies.
eeeh, doesn't that actually favor Universal?
I mean, they have to pay royalties to Universal and their subsidiaries.. as well to the stars.

@Soarin' Over Pgh — By the way, thanks for the (sympathy) "like" for my one, measley, post (in months) in Spirit's thread. :) My timing must have been way off early this morning, even though I was just adding my few comments to a subject that another member had mentioned the prior day. However, I had no idea that the main subject du jour in that thread would be the Uni versus Disney slugfest, and any other subjects had an impossible time competing! (Gotta admit, though, there's just something about his thread that just keeps people coming back for more.) :D
Probably some people are addicted to punishment.
Some people have been burned badly after being proven wrong big time.. and they disappear for a few. Still...they return for more after just mere days later.

I go just because I marvel at just how ridiculous it can get. Never have so few, known so much about so little! Or at least think they do. I suppose that puts me in the same catagory when I post on it, but, the difference is that I actually do know what I'm talking about. :angelic: :cautious: Man, it's hard to be humble! :joyfull:

I dont think being humble is all the issue.
The issue is when someone is proven wrong.. they insist, push harder, insult..etc.. instead of accepting they are wrong.
I think its more of an EGO issue than anything else.

Me too!

(I saw that post and was )
woah, what did I miss?

also, sorry for the flood of replies in this thraed.. just woke of my nap a few hours ago and then ran a few loops in my area (exercise), pet and rub the neighbour's clingy cat vigorously... ran more and then got back to my computer to work a little and post here.
