I'm from Mexico, we dont get many of these shows.

It's from "In Living Color" - a sketch comedy show from the late 80's/early 90's that had the (older) Wayans brothers, Jim Carrey, David Allen Grier and Jennifer Lopez was a dancer.

I still would like an explanation on what it has to do with the wasp thing o_o
