I'll see what we can do - we have been invited back to the Port Charlotte area where we went last November, so it's a possibility, although probably not since we'll be in Fl for 3 weeks in Sept-Oct and then back in February.

Oh most definitely. 1 was good, 2 was better, 3 was bad. MJ is so annoying. Sometimes during the battles I'm like, "Stop standing there screaming and try to help." I like Gwen Stacey better for that reason. I will take the brainy science student who plays a part in the villain's ultimate defeat WAY before the girl who keeps getting kidnapped and then screams about it. I'm hoping that the next MJ will be better.

1 - was good.
2 - broke my heart. I just felt so bad for Doc Ock. Probably one of the most sympathetic villains of all time.
3 - too many villains, period.

I was on YouTube the other day watching random videos, and I actually came across a version of Let It Go that I didn't mind. It was on The Voice this past season. It's Demi Lovato's version, but it's still decent IMO.

I haven't seen Amazing Spiderman 2 yet, but apparently it suffers from that same flaw as 3. My friend really liked it though. He's seen it twice and is going to see it a third time. He's also a huge Spidey fan. Bigger fan of that than I am of cats...

The flaw of 3 was that they didn't take Venom seriously. Just like X-Men screwed up the Dark Pheonix story...

Never seen X-Men (Besides Incredibles, Amazing Spiderman was the first superhero film I ever saw. I'm behind...) but I see your point. I think if they had Venom and MAYBE Sandman or New Gobli, it would have been better. Keep it to one or MAYBE two in a film. The whole Venom thing was interesting; they could have run with it.

Spiderman 2 was so good all around that even Toby and Kristen were able to pull in good performances, but 3 showed that when the writing is bad, they can't salvage it.
Garfield and Emma though are both good actors and managed to do good jobs with their roles despite everything around them being extremely mediocre.

One Little Spark...
Venom was one of the most iconic and longest Spidey stories to unfold in the comics...it deserved a proper treatment. Preferably one longer than a single movie...but, aside from that, at least one that properly built up the symbiotic character instead of simply using it as a plot device.
