I got some really good news today - a financial blessing that I had already claimed.

Yesterday morning we had frost on our cars, today thunderstorms, tomorrow is we're supposed to wake to warm sunshine...freaky.

interestingly, the climate is lovely here.. its cloudy, with a bit of wind.. (84F or 29C currently)

I think my aunt has a Galaxy Note. She had it with her in Florida, and it was the size of a baby hippo.

the Note 2 and 3 are even bigger. my sis as the NOTE2 and its.. well.. huge..

I never had an iPhone. I was stuck with a BlackBerry that would not die for a while. @Uncle Orville couldn't break that thing if he tried.

I got a converter thing so I could plug the iPad into the Bose dock and use that for music.

Apple is known for making it a giant pain in the *** to move over to another brand. I'm done with them because of that once the iPad dies.

well, thats how they kept most of their marketshare, kept it everything to themselves, everything is exclusive.. untouchable, unmovable..etc..

I wonder if the new phones will be as strong as the nokia ones.. I dont think so but some people can wish!

My mom has a Galaxy Express and loves it. It's much smaller if that's what you're looking for and works as well as the S4s. It's only slightly larger than my iPod Touch and fits inside her pockets

The galaxy S4 mini works too if you like medium size.

It was on a Facebook page from a TV station out of Madison. Apparently it's the horse's birthday. And the horse is named Luna. Unless they were actually talking about the person, they didn't really specify.

We are a mixed family. I have a Dell Laptop, my DS HP, DD apple notebook. DH DS DD have iPads, we all have iPhones of 3 different models. I am the odd one out. I have a Nexus Tablet and I really love it. Easy compatibility with my laptop is an added bonus.

My cell that wouldn't die was my Motorola Flip Phone. That puppy could be dropped from a roof and slammed repeatedly on a concrete floor and it wouldn't damage. My DH designed their case and also that tacky belt holster. One day the folk from Motorola came to their place and they had a demo. It is a shame what happened to that company.

My DH opinion that is what happens when you went to designing in China. Cheaper tanked that company and pretty much the same with Nokia. Now Apple for the most part designs and engineers here and manufactures overseas. They just deal with manufacturing employees jumping out the windows.

A family of Canada Geese, two adults and their five goslings, caused a traffic jam in Chicago Tuesday after they wondered onto a busy I80/90 expressway. Thanks to a couple good Samaritans, two police cruisers and a tow truck, the geese made it off the expressway safely.

We actually used to have a few rhubarb plants years ago, but they eventually stopped coming back every year. I think Meg had something to do with it.

This was the flower garden earlier today. The tulips and daffodils came up well this year, but they only last a few days. (The plastic solar thingies there aren't always right there. We're just cleaning them up and leaving them in the sun to see how many still work.)
