The "Soft Opening Watch" thraed has died down now that they have announced an opening date. Mostly just a bunch of people complaining about missing the opening date for their visits.

The "Disney reveals a new Lobby design for Polynesian" thraed started today and is going crazy. It was just discovered that Disney has stopped allowing comments on the DPB posting about the Polynesian redesign.

I love all this debate about where I'm from. This is the great thing about the Internet, you can remain a mysterious figure.

However, I will say that although I have not lived in every one of these states, I have ties to Wisconsin, Tennessee, Minnesota, and California-- every state that you guys guessed.

As you may know, we have municipal elections across Ontario this fall (October 27th).

Well, lucky us, the minority provincial government has just fallen on the budget vote, so now we get to vote on the 12th of June, as well. Talk about "voter fatigue".

Rob Ford took a private plane from Buttonville airport yesterday morning, and flew to a rehab clinic in Chicago.
(So now you have the Biebs and Rob Ford. Keep them both please. They're feuding, so keep them apart.)

Now you are all caught up on everything that matters in Canada.

And in news that really matters - the mine train opens on May 28th.
