Yep, these comedians are very thin skinned. They take their ball and go home when they are not tapped for those coveted late night network spots when they open up. Letterman did the same thing when he didn't get tapped to fill the Johnny Carson spot and moved to CBS and went up against Leno in the same time slot. Will be interesting to see where Furgie pops up. Letterman is the owner and producer of the Furguson show.

That's for sure. I do not remember ever living without a dishwasher, I was too young. Also on that list that I grew up with was a color TV, central A/C, a microwave (then called a radar range.)

Oddly my first house had a portable dishwasher and so did this house. What was up with that? We unloaded the first house pretty quickly but I remedied the Dishwasher thing in this home posthaste, it was a Kitchenaid and I paid $450. It lasted 25 years.

This little booger was just shy of a thousand dollars. Jaw dropped. For the grand I got free delivery. Whoop!

Yikes. Mine is a portable, cost approx. $450 at the time, and it's 18 years old. Fingers crossed . . . it lasts another 18. (O.k. I guess that's too much to wish for! )

Texas must be one of the few states outside of the Midwest to have a Culver's. I think my friend says there's one in Wyoming where he lives. Maybe I just imagined that.

I never heard of Culver's until this thraed but it sounds good.

I got 81. I've only been to some of them once, and some others I haven't been to in decades. Clearly you'll tend to get a higher score if (1) your job involves travel, (2) you've moved from one region of the country to another at some point, and (3) you're older.

62, if I didn't travel so much it would be smaller. It actually could be a bigger number because I know some places weren't on there like Quaker Steak & Lube. (All you can eat wings night, yum!)

I know there are a couple around the Dayton area and at least one in Columbus. Have never seen any in Northeastern Ohio.

I got 81. I've only been to some of them once, and some others I haven't been to in decades. Clearly you'll tend to get a higher score if (1) your job involves travel, (2) you've moved from one region of the country to another at some point, and (3) you're older.

Number 1 really helped me speed past all of you apparently. The trick is getting sent to various regions for 3 years and doing some road trips in college during spring break.
