Definitely. Each one seemed to be working from their one book, and thinking only about how to make their one movie as artistic and entertaining as they could, without worrying about how cutting certain scenes or elements from the story might create difficulties for the next movie or inconsistent with the previous one.I think the issues with the flow of the movies is they had so many different directors. If they had stuck with one instead of four it would have been better.
