This PowerPoint project is time consuming! I've spent around an hour doing it tonight, and I'm just over halfway done. Before this, I probably put 30-45 minutes in it. Tomorrow I'll have to finish up. I can only imagine how long it's taking people who have no idea what they're talking about. I wisely chose a topic that I know something about.

PS- If it was actually a class I cared about or was a legitimate class (this one is a load of BS), it wouldn't seem so time consuming probably.

Even though there were EMH's at the studios we came back after Fantasmic. It was 90 and humid the last few days and we opened the MK after breakfast at the Poly (can you say Tonga Toast)

It started to pour while we were at the food court. Bet the 2nd round of Fantasmic was canceled poor peeps. Wasn't suppose to rain until tomorrow. Glad we came back.
We had torrential rain while at both DHS and AK last visit. At one point we left Muppets 3D, but the rain was so bad that no one wanted to leave from under the overhang so the CMs opened the exit doors and let everyone back in the theater.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
And there goes @acishere! :p

Seriously though, you guys don't have to bump my likes. I don't take as much pride in them as it may seem; just joking around with the comments.
I didn't realize today was such an important day. I love coffee cake.

Coffee cake day? This is info we needed at 7:30 a.m., not 7:30 p.m.

Who eats coffee cake after supper?

(Well, I do. But only if I have some; which I do not, because I did not know about this until it was too late!)

Apparently certain Canadians.

And that's enough out of you two whipper-snappers. I'm old enough to be your mother. You too, @PUSH.

Quit picking on the old lady. I fear that now Nemo has left, I am the resident old broad.

Please feel free to correct me, though.
Don't feel bad. I call it supper, too. Both my parents and their families say it that way. I'm trying to think if it's mainly said as "supper" or "dinner" around here, but I'm not sure.

Off to sleep. Good night, and don't let the Gary Busey bite!

I am so sorry for giving you nightmares...
Don't you realize he feeds on our nightmares?

No, I'm just weird

We do not use the "weird" word.. we call it "special"

I went back and edited it to make the text small. He'll never be able to read it now!
NOONE WILL NOTICE! WHAT A CLEVER PLAN!

Awesome!
love the part where mickey summons the water before beating the dragon :D

The fantasmic pre-show is my cue to grab some headphones and open the Pandora app on my phone.
dont remind me.. I was falling asleep during that pre-show.. it felt like it lasted hours..

That nobody seems to appreciate. :grumpy:

Don't tell anybody, but I also do the updates just because it helps me keep track of everything.
Well, not everyone is a fan of NFL.
I honestly only watch NFL for the huge trainwrecks of pushing, shoving..etc..

Wait what's going on?

I just watched HP and the chamber of secrets. Color me unimpressed. Also that knock off Gollum character is incredibly annoying.

I don't think I'm supposed to like the Malfoy's (?) but I kinda do. And I haven't figured out Snape... Snake? Snate? And what his deal is.

Eh. I guess it's just not my cup of tea. Will watch the other movies, because I'm dedicated to finishing stuff I start.
Better just read the books lol.

I liked the 2nd movie the least and liked the 3rd movie the best. Then it is kind of mediocre until the end of the 5th movie.
Second.. I really liked the third movie, but then the third book is my favorite.
also, I really wish they had designed the "werewolf" wereRAT better.

Snape is a mystery character throughout the whole series, and the only way to figure him out is to watch all the movies (or at least the final few).

Also, the first movies left me unimpressed, too. IMO it just seems cheesy with the kids so young. When they get older, it's more engaging for me.

The hardest part of Harry Potter for me is following all the names of people, places, things, spells, etc. I can't tell whether it's a wizard or a cabinet half the time.
Agree, the real motives of snapes are only viewed during the THE HALF BLOOD PRINCE and finally in the last book.

My mom got a new phone today which I helped her set up. We spent 45 minutes playing with the ringtones.
My mother is similar, thanksgod the phone she got (and I helped her get) only had 20 ringtones to check.
Still.. due of the fact that she knows NOTHING of tech and pretty much cant learn anymore... I had to be there for the 20 minutes it took to check and decide which ringtone she preferred.

Then repeat these 20minutes for the SMS and WHATSAP programs.

My mom says I'm not allowed to move out because I'm her tech support. I got calls in WDW about "Hey, what do I do for this again?"
SAME!

Who calls dinner supper? :p

Supper or dinner? I think it's somewhat of a regional definition. My parents used to call dinner, either dinner or supper (just to make it more confusing).

But I didn't realize that other people had a different interpretation of supper. Years ago, I went to visit friends of my parents, who lived up in northern Maine. They told me to stop by for supper. So I showed up at 5:30 (not too early, not too late, I figured). They were happy to see me, as they thought I had forgotten their invitation. Perplexed, I felt bad and asked them if they had supper early, maybe 5:00? They laughed, and told me that supper (for them) meant more of a midday meal. Hence, I'm not sure if this was a regional preference, or if it was just their own interpretation of the word?!

Hmm . . . the supper/dinner plot thickens . . . :cautious:
