My city tried something new. It's a salt sand and toxic chemical mix. But it didn't work. So instead of the mix melting the ice and snow, it melted some of it, then slicked it even worse with the sand. Huge scandal. Schools were cancelled because the roads were unbelievably slick...and not from the snow and ice but from the salt/sand/toxic chemical mix.

A few years back our town tried some sand mixture too, with the same results. Angry residence and the sand lurked even with the street sweepers do diligence. Finally went away when the area experienced one of those 100 year rains and flooded the streets.

Worse, our town had to contract out sewer cleaners to come in an remove all the sand that was stuck down there.
But our leaders said that sand wasn't the reason, that it was general maintenance they do ever few years. o_O

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Thanks for the concussion I just hot from slamming my face into the screen, trying to get at that.

Guys, I think if and when we have a Sageteer wdw trip, we need to put this guy in charge of cooking.

And I'm really good at sewing, I can widen all of our clothes when we burst forth out of them.
Assuming we stay off-site so @englanddg has a full kitchen, I will make everyone's bed each morning.

I am really good at making beds.

Okay, so now we have chef, seamstress and bed-maker. Who's next? And what will you contribute?

Just wanna add that I'm also an amazing cake maker and photo taker.

I'll def take you up on the bed making. I love a freshly made, neat and clean bed.

Let's get a DVC suite! One of us is a DVC member... If not let's recruit someone who is, lol

I think we should stay on site in one of those tree house villas in Saratoga Springs. Pooling our money together might actually allow me... I mean... us finally be able to afford to stay there!

I'm expecting no less when the snow melts...if it ever melts and this damn winter ends. It's ten degrees here. I feel like it'll never end. Ever. Never ever.

I've been getting dating site ads ever since my girlfriend disabled her Facebook. The Internet must think I went through a break up and is trying to help me rebound.

My DS years ago had to disable his Facebook. He was still in college and managing a pretty big waterpark. Another employee lost their job over some pictures that another employee brought to higher managements attention. Oy.

He first went through and limited what everyone on his 100's of friends could see and then brought it down for the summer. He then had to have friends untag him in photo's. When he brought it back up he deleted so many people, they weren't really aware 'cause it was down for months. While he hadn't really done anything wrong in those photo's, he was over 21 years of age and was not hang'n with any minors, he just knew the petty would be scavenging for anything that could misconstrued. So he pulled it down. It was a long summer for him without Facebook as a college student. I think that was the summer twitter became his friend.
