I used to be 1:2 plus 1000.

In Words of Wisdom, I am now automatically giving a like to the two preceding posts, although @MOXOMUMD has earned every one of them.

It's probably safe to do the same thing here.

Not so much in News and Rumours.
Thank you. My likes will probably never pass my posts again but it's been fun trying. I'm usually the super liker not likee. Now that I typed that it just sounds weird. :D

It's NEVER too cold for ice cream. Or dole whips.
Did you see in March Ben & Jerry's is releasing some new flavors with top to bottom center cores? I want to try the new one with a salted caramel core. The other has peanut butter fudge core.

It's so frustrating. I still didn't get it. My friend tipped me off and within an hour the entire shipment was gone, they didn't bother to unload it from the shipping pallets. I settled for cheap kitty litter just to get out of the driveway. I suspect the homeless cats in the neighborhood are gonna love upon my house.
I managed 2 weeks ago to get a 20# bag from the grocery store, it was all by its lonesome laying on a bottom shelve.
I did get one of the last bags at Sam's 40#, I have about half left, I'm treating it like liquid gold. My front parkway will be awful this year and I am concerned about some of my perennials in one of my corner back gardens. Salt may get that one. Kitty Litter is such a mess to clean up once it gets soggy.:(

Honey if I could I would just to escape the misery of this winter...if only in another location. So over this!
I'm dreaming of Disney right now. It isn't the thing I should do, I should not. But the devil keeps whispering in my ear go, go, go, it will be fine.

LOL :) thanks y'all! My dog would have destroyed it anyhow, the postal service just beat her to it :)
Boy, I can see what went wrong with that package, at first blush I'd be blaming the shipper not the postal service. lol

Yeah...I didn't hear how bad, but anytime the word "snowstorm" pairs with multiple days, it's not a good thing. Pittsburgh isn't ready. Our city salt reserves are dangerously low, the roads are horrific (potholes a foot deep in some spots and there's no patching anything until the spring, as patching now has only made it worse) and I fear all the salt runoff from the roads will kill any chance of a spring we might get this year. You can see this layer of ...of grime on the side of roads and the front of all lawns, it's so gross.
Yeah, our snow today shouldn't be so bad, tomorrow afternoon it is to start here through the night and even harder on Sunday potential. They say the models are spitting out too many different senerios so it could be better on Sunday or Much Worse. :cautious:

I'm putting up my Easter decorations today ...only for the pretty spring flowers and pastel egg colors. I kinda need something to distract me from impending storm #593 of this winter.
Hmpf. I should take the heart off my front door I guess. At least the Disney Dudes are out of my front lawn before this next batch of snow. It was nice to see some green grass where the dudes were, forgot what it looked like. We have had deep snow on the ground since 2-3 weeks before Christmas. Long winter.

Are any of you lovely Sageteers planning a Disney trip this year?
I really want to go down in the Spring, need to see Flowers and Butterflies. I am wrestling with the demons. I shouldn't spend the money right now....but then I hear voices in my head saying just do it....

Me either. And that's with having a 400 pound TV dropped on my fingers. Ankle sprains? Yep. Wrist sprain? Yup. Car accident and back injury? Yep. But never a broken bone

I fractured a knuckle in my left hand when I was 12 and had to wear a wrist-length cast for 3 weeks. Not too bad.
The real fun, though, was when I split the calcaneus bone in my left foot open like a birds beak on the end of a diving board when I was 13. And, it was on Friday the 13th. Spent 4 months in casts for that one. Orthopedist said he'd never seen anything like it in his 35+ year career. ;)

You NEVER want to be the person when they say, "I've never seen THAT before". There's a Friend's episode on that with Ross's growth but I can't find it on youtube.
