When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Still too much here to do that.So it's been raining on and off for most of the day, so I went outside and spread the few little mounds of snow around to get rid of them. I just looked out my front window...mission complete.
The sidewalks and driveways and main roads (not mine, of course) are now completely clear though.
Update!
A very strange game unfolded in Indianapolis. Colts scored first, with a field goal to make it 3-0. Then in the second quarter the Jets tied it up 3-3. Just before halftime, the Colts scored again, making it 6-3. They got the ball after halftime, and went down to score again, 9-3. With 4 minutes left in the game, the Jets were sacked on 3rd & Goal, and had to settle for a FG, making it 9-6. The Colts were able to run the clock down to about 1:30, and the Jets got the ball back. They marched down the field, before being stopped at the 39 yard line of the Colts. With a 56 yard FG, Nick Folk sent the game into OT! Back and forth the two teams went, each getting to just outside of FG range before being stopped and forced to punt. Eventually the Jets kept getting backed up to their endzone after a punt, forcing quick three-and-outs. The Colts kept getting good field position, but failed to do anything with it. The game went into double OT!
Unfortunately, the Jets never got the ball in the second OT, as the Colts were able to kick a FG and win. Final score: 12-9. Not a single TD!
So the Jets' season is over, and there's a lot of work to be done. Our receivers constantly drop balls (aside from a rookie TE and Santonio Holmes who was injured for the playoffs), our O-line can't run block, and our RBs can't break any tackles. How did we win 12 games??
