I saw something similar at the giant tortoise exhibit at my local Six Flags. I heard this women with kids say she will ride Kingda Ka (Tallest and fastest coaster in the USA) with them if they just get away from the fence right that second.

Speaking of helicopters, there's this one helicopter that will come around our house a couple times a year, and it gets really close to our house. It will fly off, then circle back around. I have no idea what it's doing, probably just flying around.
