You forgot to add that it must be made in a well-seasoned cast iron skillet.

It was great fun tough, and we actually all got together in Philadelphia for a baby shower for one of the members. Then the live reports while she was in labor were hysterical. I miss those days, but I'm still in touch with a couple of them.

After 8 full months of being off, I just found out that my return to work has been delayed by another week.
Headed back to a new site on January 18, instead of the 11th.
Can. Not. Wait.

(Plus I might need the money.)
