Where do Disneyphiles work?

Our household consists of a research scientist and a fiction writer/attorney/mommy. More of a mommy right now as she doesn't allow me much free time to work on my writing. I have an outline of a novel that will involve Disneyworld but right now it is just collecting dust LOL

We fell in love with Disney as children, and our vocations did not sway that love. I partially own a DVC contract with my mother that we have had since 2000.

Oh wow, that's quite cool. What tools do you work with?

One of my tasks for my employer is concept art, so I work hand in hand with our Industrial Designers for those.

We have 12 CNC machines, a 3D printer, an SLA machine, a full casting department, 2 paint booths with full color mixing capabilities, etc. If you need a process done we either have it or will go out if our way to get it. Being a model maker, I sand, paint, assemble, and finish the models. I'm one of our most experienced color mixers, and every now and then I'll do some sketching for clients that need design work done. It's all pretty exciting.

I am a Portrait Studio Photographer. I LOVE my job and am humbled when my work is chosen and published all over the US, oh and part time I work for a comfort shoe store that specializes in what else....comfort.:ROFLOL:

Right now I work in a tennis shop stringing raquets and making sales...

Like others on here I aspire to work for Disney in beautiful Florida once I'm out of school.

I am an electrical engineer.....I work for a consulting company designing substations, power plants and wind farms. One day like most people here I would like to work for Disney.

I am an attorney; I represent insurance companies when they are sued by policyholders. My career proves the truth of the adage, "If you enjoy what you do for a living, you'll never work a day in your life."

School bookkeeper who is off for 6 weeks during the summer and getting very addictive to this board. Yes, 6 weeks off and no trip to Disney. We did sneak in a trip in April this year. We usually go in the cooler weather. Husband loves going around Christmas season to the decorations.

A former Art Director in Advertising now turned Producer in Advertising. :D
I'm BBDO and JWT alum.... as an art director and associate creative director ;) I left advertising when they did layoffs @ JWT, and hopped over to aerospace/defense earning 2x what I earned at JWT and with less than half of the responsibility.

College math professor... which is great, until everyone starts sending the bills my way and I have to figure out what everyone has to pay, breaking it up by day, by week, by month, by paycheck... Non-stop number crunching!

Ok fine, I admit it. I love it.
