Annual Passes isn’t financed. It’s a payment plan. The penalty for failing to pay is usually revoking the AP.

You're paying a monthly fee to access something on an ongoing basis, which is perfectly reasonable.

It's different than taking a WDW vacation, and putting the whole thing on a credit card to be paid off later.
