What ride going away would bother you the most

We’re kinda 2 peas in a pod…
MK: HM, JC, CoP, PM & PotC…it would’ve been Splash, but alas…
Epcot: With Soarin’ over California gone, it’s Spaceship Earth & LwtL…losing those would REALLY bother me…
HWD: ToT just because the queue is awesome…
AK: As much as I LOVE EE, I have to put KS first with EE & FoP a close second.

I think EE is the superior attraction to FoP, but without the Yeti working I can't in good conscience give it the one up. So for me, both sit on about the same level.

True, but even without the Yeti, it’s still a smooth thrilling ride…I should’ve added FotLK too…a great show!

Yeah for sure, it's a good attraction no doubt.

FotLK is also great, and I really love both the Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail and the Maharajah Jungle Trek. I haven't done the latter in a few visits though, so I'm looking forward to seeing which one I prefer in April when I do them side by side one another. If these, or the underrated entrance trails were ever removed, I'd be pretty sad about it lol

Already happened. 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.
But I would hate it if they got rid of the Wedway Peoplemover.
Sadly, I never got to experience the 20,000 Leagues ride. I have seen pictures of the scuttled subs. Do you know if it was more or less the same as the old Submarine Voyage at DL? (Now Finding Nemo). 20,000 Leagues and Swiss Family Robinson are among my favorite live action, classic Disney films. I am still more familiar with DL than WDW and I was pretty bummed when they re-themed the SFR Treehouse and made it Tarzan's (and, BTW, what goes around comes around. SFR is returning to DL). I was also downright angry when I learned of the ToT re-theme to Guardians of the Galaxy. Why would you mess with a beloved ride like that? BUT, after riding GOTG, Mission Breakout, I gotta say...it's better. Peoplemover has been long gone from DL too (the track remains) and Tomorrowland is in dire need of a re-do. I think the company was confused at one point about what direction to take Tomorrowland (at DL), but now seem committed to expanding the Marvel presence in DCA (the former Carousel of Progress, then Innoventions, is mostly just a big Marvel Meet & Greet now, but maybe they will get rid of that building altogether. IDK.). For my part, I think if they did away with Pirates at WDW it would really disappoint me.

I neglected to add purely for nostalgia’s sake, the Prince Charming Regal Carrousel…the ride came from Olympic Park, in my hometown of Maplewood, NJ and I was told by my parents that they took me on it as an infant…so I ride it every trip…

If I had to pick one ride to protect in each park (which is a super difficult list to narrow it down to!):

MK: CoP
EP: Soarin
HS: ToT
AK: KS

If i had to sacrefice one 'significant' ride from each park:

MK: Space (I'll take my downvotes, its junk these days)
EP: Figment
HS: Falcon Run
AK: Dino

Is there anyone that would call the current version of Imagination a significant ride?

That aside, I like most of your list, although I'd replace Soarin' with Spaceship Earth (Living with the Land would be second). It would have been Great Movie Ride at DHS if we were asking this a few years ago.

For the sacrifice part, I'd probably pick Jungle Cruise over Space Mountain too, but I'm not a big fan of Space either.

I think I'd pick Toy Story Mania as the #1 to replace at DHS with Slinky Dog as #2, although Smuggler's Run is probably a worse attraction than either. It just has the cool Millennium Falcon cockpit that puts it over the mediocre Toy Story attractions. In AK, it's definitely Kali River Rapids if we're considering that significant; otherwise Festival of the Lion King if that counts. I know a ton of people love FotLK but I did it once and have no desire to ever sit through it again.

Never rode the one at Disneyland. Look up Martin's videos on YouTube. He makes stellar documentaries on Disney rides.

Wow! This was amazing! Thanks so much for sharing. I loved the background and the full video and audio of the ride itself. Was that James Mason (the original Capt. Nemo) narrating? Just awesome! This attraction shares many similarities to the older DL version, and even the updated Finding Nemo version. I would have loved to have ridden the 20,000 Leagues version. Thanks again!

I think it would be anything from MK. as mentioned, 20k under the sea is gone, Snow White and Mr Toad. loved them and would be sad to see the old nostalgia rides go. Peter Pan, Small Word, HM and such. Outside CoP and Space Mtn, the rest of tommorowland would not bother me if they changed it. The other parks, i dont really think id miss some of the rides as to me, the rides are not what i go for in the other parks. MK, i go for the memories but im there to go on rides. GMR and Backlot tour in MGM (sorry Hollywood studios) being taken out were the other rides i loved.

Carousel of Progress! Can I ask (been a while). Is "Best Days of Your Life" still played on the attraction at any point?
Not inside the attraction, but there's an instrumental version of that song played in the Tomorrowland loop. I think it's called "The Best Time of Your Life".

To the folks saying Soarin’.. that’s sadly ‘been’ gone/massively downgraded since it was redone to the Around the World version. Who thought that the scent of literal dirt was an improvement over the original orange grove scent, not to mention the slow paced, completely artificial visuals, So sad what’s happened to a once fabulous attraction.
I couldn't agree more. I only went on the Around the World version ONCE and haven't been back since; it's simply too painful for me.
