Well my brother had an idea for a Lilo and Stitch ride,

NOTHING like Stitch's great escape, but a roller coaster.

Title: Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride

Ride Vehical: Surfbord-Single File Line-with 4 people on a surf bord, and 8 surfbords.

Imagine this, it's a stand up coaster, it seats are faceing you when you get on, you take off up the lift hill facing the same way then when the train is out of the station the seats turn to make you facing stright ahead. The song Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride starts when your seat turns. You get started going down a small drop(space mountain) do some stuff to simulate like your surfing. Maybe a Corkscrew, and a Barrel Roll sometime in the ride. Plus there would be water shooting up at you.

What do u think

MickeyMan101

I almost forgot, This would replace Swiss Family Robinson Tree House, And i think the should get rid of Stitch's Greatest Escape(i hated it)

sounds fun
but i don't know if i'd put it in adventureland

after thinking of this topic i came up with this idea (it involves most of the characters):
you are sitting in the herbie car and it chase the villans, with you in the car, from most of the animated movies you know hadez from hercules and so on as they have something that the good people need, then there would be twists and turns.
this ride would be suitable for kids and adults.

other movies that could be turned into rides:
- journey to atlantis (that would be in animal kingdom or epcot)
- tarzan
- toy story
- monsters, inc!
- aladdin

Jungle book ride in AK

I'm not familiar with Disneyland but don't they have a boat ride that goes through several different scenes from classic disney movies? I'd like to see something like that at MK.

I'm sure someone already mentioned Toy Story and Monsters Inc.

And I know there is Buzz Lightyear already but for toy story I think that all the characters from the movie would make for some real interesting animatronis. I feel the same about Monsters, Inc. The characters would look great with some of the AA's they got in rides. WSould make for alot better than Stitch........ :brick: :hammer:

I wud luv to hav an Incredidles ride *(ala Spiderman)* but please dont replace SGE just give it a better face lift. I like the concept but in the first preshow instead od a little tv moniter a huge system with bussers and flashers and Pleakley sitting at the controls with other aliens. Pleakley could also be in the chamber helping the aliens and sorta go awwww isnt he cute!! (stitch purring) can we keep him??!??? and stitcch spits on him. and he goes ahhhhhhh!!! get that thing away from me!!! or Gantu gets spit on. Beef up the entrance walls etc. and make more clever humor and do better animation and such. It also be nice to have Alaadin ride where the Genie explains "Als in trouble!"In could enter into the snake scene ala Spiderman again and save the day with Genies commentary and then ride off with them on a magic carpet.:)

Look for the bear necessities
Those simple bear necessities...

Jungle Book! Hasn't been used as a ride yet, and definately deserves to be. Im picturing a flume ride like POTC through the show scenes w/ drops at the collapse of the jungle temple and at the confrontaion w/ Sheer Khan.

Yes there is, but let me tell you its the stupidest little ride...waste of space. You're in a small boat and you drive by what looks like little dollhouses of various things from Disney films...I hope they never do it in WDW

A Godzilla Final Wars ride would be a fine addition to the studios. Other ones that I would want to see would be Lion King(as an actual dark ride), Jungle Book, Mary Poppins and an actually GOOD Lilo and Stitch attraction.

i've been dreaming of a monsters inc roller coaster since i saw the door chase scene...

i think i posted this before in another thread, but i'd like to see a hades underworld ride from Hercules

and finnally, i'd like a Mr toad-style 101 dalmations ride where you go through cruella's mansion, london streets and the countryside
I agree with the Monster Inc. one. When I watched that I was like that's total ride material !

It’s not that bad in fact it was nice break. It’s more for little kids but I liked it at both DLR and DLP.

I'd like to see a Darby O'Gill ride, where you go looking for the leprechauns and then there could be a showdown with the Banshee and Pony Sugrue could do something mischievious. I'd also love to see a Nightmare Before Christmas ride, a standalone ride, not just Haunted Mansion Holiday, i mean its own entity. Going through Halloween Town and Christmas Town.

“First they blew into town... then they BLEW IT UP!”

Why not have the Apple Dumpling Gang in Frontierland, I love those movies as a kid and last year my son saw the first one for the first time and loved it.
Let’s see … use the Diamond Horseshoe theater, people sit down for a “dinner show” and then Theodore and Amos (played by Don Knotts and Tim Conway look-alikes) come in to rob the place and then the high jinks ensue. It could be a comedy stunt-show. Kids (and nostalgic adults) would love it and it would introduce the Gang to a new generation. :sohappy:

I think that is a stellar idea, if only Disney would do something to revive the series. Alas, no one could possibly do as good of a job as Knotts and Conway.

Herbie, Mary Poppins, Gone in 60 Seconds, Flight of the Navigator, Goonies (might be better as a play area), Lord of the Rings, Alien.
