I change my mind all the time or find myself torn between attractions but I do have my favorites,
and at some parks I have more than just one due to different experiences or the original ride has been retired:

MK - Big Thunder Mt. Railroad

Epcot - Journey into the Imagination, & Spaceship Earth

DHS - Rock 'n' Roller Coaster

DAK - Expedition Everest, & Kilimanjaro Safaris

Epcot - I'm torn between SSE and Living with the Land

Living with the Land may seem like an odd choice, but seeing that 9 pound lemon or the tomatoe tree that grows 14,000 tomatoes is pretty cool
