YUM!..and my husband always cuts the pineapple in half when I am done so I can scrape all the yummyness out with a spoon!..![]()
We do that too. I would give anything for one. It will be atleast a cople more years before we can get back to WDW
I haven't tried one but have heard it is pretty strong. What do you all think? Anything you can compare it to?
Yes, it is a cocktail that is available at the Tambu Lounge (and therefor 'Ohana) in the Poly. It a lot of run, orange juice, and sour mix. It comes served in a hollowed out pineapple - which is really what the attraction is.

Does anyone know if they will allow a non-alcoholic version for kids or just an adult that doesn't drink? My kids would love a drink in a pineapple!
It's pure evil...that's what it is. I had heard about the legend but had never tried one. Last year at DW, my fiance and I hung out at the Polynesian and we tried one (meaning one for the both of us) before we hit the park. Well, either my bartender was generous or whatever, or it was the heat and fatigue combined, but I was feeling it after a few sips.
They are excellent but maybe not a good idea if you are a lightweight, if you plan on a long day in a park, of if there are children present.
Well, between Mrs. Toad and Sweetpee 1993, I am intrigued and fully intend on trying one this September. I usually settle for a mild-mannered Pina Colada but I think its time I step up my game and try an adult drink.
