What I think...as of today...for now...

That guy didn't sound to thrilled with the possibility of potter going to the MK. :lookaroun

It is so ironic because I was just thinking today that they could put a ride similar to the raceway attached to the Germany pavilion. It could even use parts of the show building. That way the ride (or something similar) would be available to the nostalgic. They could call it "Autobahn!"

Shouldn't be too hard to find a sponsor.

Of course the vehicles would have to be electic I think with sound effects.
Eclectic or electric ?

I was in TTF today at the train station and along the little walkway parallel to the train that takes you from TTF to TL, there were a number of Alice in Wonderland wood cutouts propped up in the grass. The card-guards, the rose bushes, and little AiW banners on the light posts. Anyone know what that's all about? Nothing to do with all the FLE hopes and dreams of the AiW fans, is it?

Nothing to do with FLE... Not a sign of Wonderland coming... I think those cutouts are there year round...

Ahh Lee beat me to it... Yes, I believe they are Halloween connected if they aren't out all year round... I usually visit WDW in October, and I always see those cutouts... But now that I think of it, yes, I believe they are Halloween connected...

They they are a Halloween addition... I know I always see them in October when I visit... Probably has to do with the trick or treating that is done in the MK...

Whoops...I thought you meant "year round" in that they stay year 'round, not necessarily they appear every year.

Nothing exciting... when we went to MNSSHP in 2008, there was a AiW-themed trick-or-treat trail from TTF to Tomorrowland. There were cards handing out candy and such.

Honestly, I thought they were always there. I did see them last august. They could have already been up for Halloween. But I have seen them on the past 3 trips to MK.

I have only seen them in October, but then again, I haven't gone in any other month than October the last few years... 2005 I think I went in May... Yea.. 2005 it was and I do not remember seeing them... They could have been out, just didn't catch my attention....

To your credit they were putting up the Halloween decorations every year I have seen them in the park. So they could have always just put them up. We always go late august. This year will be our first winter trip. I can't picture that walkway without those cut-outs. It would seriously seem empty.

How would I have known for a fact it existed if it didn't?
How did you know plans exist for something that is being built? Because it does not take a rocket scientist to realize that contractors follow drawings.

There is always the possibility the Dumbo area was so cleverly placed the it makes it appear the track was modified around it. That may be what I saw. Speaking of the raceway, do you know what the construction walls that just went up at the raceway are for?
Exactly what experience do you have in construction, engineering, architecture or anything remotely related? You see to not know about the construction process or how to read drawings.

These forums are a tad snide. Am I the only one who thinks so? This thread has turned into a ing match.

Well, it seems to be aimed at jt. Which he does a lot of antagonizing and what not as well. Sooo...

I really don't think anyone here is losing sleep at night. Or getting their feelings hurt...

I think it's an unspoken rule that forums have to be chalk full of insults and snide remarks. :p

I think we'd all agree it be pretty boring without Jt and his textual wisdom :animwink:

We're all one big happy disfunctional family, like the Bluths on Arrested Development.

Jt is Tobias.
