I was wondering, why did Disney World get rid of Mr. Toad's Wild Ride???
is that a proven fact?? i heard rumors of it closing bc it was too scary and loud for little kidsPooh was more popular and no one knew who toad was.

What happened to Mister Toad? Well, unfortunately, he's found in the Haunted Mansion's pet cemetery these days.
I agree with you Merf. It had been since the mid-90s since I had ridden it at WDW and last summer went to Disneyland and rode Mr. Toads.It does still exist at Disneyland, and to be perfectly honest it's not a very good ride.

I was surprised with all of the praise that is garnered upon it, how subpar it was compared to Pooh.
Makes you wonder how many other attractions that are currently praised are more a figment of nostalgia (that would be Figment with a beard and cane I guess:lol.
