When did they announce they didn’t have a concrete plan? I missed that one.So WDW announced rebuild prior to having a concrete plan???
Perfect recipe for diminished expectations and cost overruns.
Absolute amateurs.
What’s up with the Cast Members only signs up everywhere??? Lots of unused space.View attachment 259500
It’s not the type of thing you put in a press release. Aside from the "blue sky" disclaimer. When did they announce they didn’t have a concrete plan? I missed that one.
It’s to keep guests from trying to gain access. They’re not getting ready for anything.Perhaps a sign that they are getting ready to re-purpose or demolish the buildings. If they do, I bet they will start with Innoventions West. Then move on to the other side when that is complete.
Ummm... when they publicly unveiled concept art. When did they announce they didn’t have a concrete plan? I missed that one.
The didn’t really release that art to the public. They showed D23 guests the art but made it quite clear that it was still very early blue sky artwork and that the project was early in the concept stage. The art was never released or posted anywhere else.Ummm... when they publicly unveiled concept art.
Internal concept art is one thing but when.you show the public a single rendering, your.plan is pretty much set.

I think what he means is, they never posted the raw file of it. All images of that art is from someone taking a picture of a screen. It was never posted on the Parks Blog, only mentioned.note that while the art was not officially released, it was, in fact, posted everywhere

Yes. But Disney never posted it anywhere. Only exhibited it at the convention. And when they did show it they accompanied it with a disclaimer.note that while the art was not officially released, it was, in fact, posted everywhere
Saudi Arabia is part of the "realistic version"? Just to leverage the Aladdin IP?He obviously calls it "Dream" for a reason. Here's his "realistic version" of how he thinks it may transpire.

One can hope....This entire spine concept could be whittled down to a few extra trees and fountains in a matter of months, and only the few of us on the internet who care will notice.
