7 was bad…8 was worse…

9 was what Happens when you climb into the dumpster and someone lights It on you.

Happy trails 🐴
I don't know why people are surprised, with small exceptions, most of the stuff being pelted out at the public by Disney is mediocre garbage . The plan was always to cram so much of it down our collective gullets that we'd be vomiting Star Wars till Life Day 2054.

Congrats Disney you made Star Wars routine and dull.

But Disney will NEVER reverse course or change anything because that would be a tacit admission of the failure of what they have done. So since Star Wars is perfect the way it is, therefore SWGE is perfect the way it is.

The only thing you're going to see at SWGE is a TS restaurant, once they figure out that they can also milk the guests not willing to drop a couple of g's for the SW Hotel.

They should have had Sly moore in episode 9 and not palpatine.
Sly was his girlfriend and a force user
he could have possessed her already powerful body
Then Sly would have wanted revenge and also had palpatines power and hers
I would have had snoke more powerful but killed by rey and luke, then sly appears does the villain speech about who she is and why
I would have had her kill luke while he was trying to save rey
rey escapes

episode 9 rey comes back after being trained by luke and yoda as ghosts
kylo turns to the light side and the force ghosts all of them including mace, anakin luke etc fight with rey and kylo

and all together barely beat sly.... even some force ghosts are killed.

As far as the land, they might update the falcon ride to another story or change rises story by replacing kylo etc (but not wholesale changes) outside of that.. nothing.

Disclaimer: this is a RUMOR. Plans are subject to change, or be not true at all. Do not take this as complete fact, just something that could happen.

Somehow, Galaxies Edge Expansion Returned.

As posted by moth in the rumor thread, there is an internal desire internally to connect SWGE and Star Tours. Muppets Courtyard is being eyed as SWGE expansion space. This, apparently, depends on the Mando movie success. It’s currently not likely, but it is out there. I am just the messenger, do not shoot.

Star tours should have ALWAYS been connected to SWGE... it was poor planning and design that has left them separated. They either need to build a new Star Tours completely, or move the Muppets to the Animation Courtyard, and create another planet base for the Muppets area...How wonderful it would be to get on Star Tours and Exit into a wholly themed planet... Make the Star Tours building really look like a Galactic space port, add a secondary ride/transport that would also take us to Black Spire directly... THe new addition to Star Wars land would allow them to have a more vibrant cityscape area, with another attraction or two and a full table service restaurant and more...then you could proceed through the tunnel to the dusty outback area of the planet where the rebel base hides out.
The Muppets could have a new show, and an additional attraction or three...with a Muppets makeover of RNRR. It could work beautifully...and there would be a little more continuity to the park.

Before they think about spatial expansion, they should first try temporal expansion.

Do we really want half of the park to be Star Wars? That is a lot of real estate. Yes, Star Tours should have connected but that spaceship has sailed. Just add more life to the lifeless SWL and all will be well. Two smaller C tickets and more walk around characters would do wonders.

Leave the muppets alone!
Maybe a smaller muppets attraction, or some sort of diff high capacity ride to go next to the courtyard to replace star tours. DHS needs something for more families to do, ans I dont think a potential villains land would really help that case. Park could benefit from an omnimover

Taking out a decent capacity, air-conditioned, all ages attraction is exactly the last thing DHS needs.

Star tours? I agree it’s not what dhs needs, but I personally feel it’s outdated imo. Dhs needs more high capacity attractions, but star tours just feels like got a clock on it. Ik animation courtyard, but dhs needs to take out something to add something else after I think. Unless there is more expansion space.

No, getting rid of Muppets.

That's a MASSIVE area between Rise and Star Tours (big enough to easily fit another Rise size attraction with room for a shop or two and restaurant to spare), but removing MuppetVision just to connect Galaxy's Edge to a 35 year old ride? I mean, I just don't see the long term rational there. If they wanted to open Galaxy's Edge with Star Tours incorporated with the potential that someday Star Tours could be removed and replaced with something better, that would make sense, but connecting it now (at the expense of Muppets) just seems odd. If they want to Expand Galaxy's edge, don't they have some space to the North? The only logical reason I can think for this is that they are designing a new Star Wars attraction for Paris (or Hong King?) and want to include it at DHS as well and Muppets Courtyard is the only place they can logically fit it in (incorporating Star Tours would be a byproduct and not the primary reason for the inclusion).

I'm team "keep both and stop replacing vs building".
Oh I would love that to happen and normal would be that, but I feel like this is such a particular situation With both attractions and their locations with that and SWGE, that something has to give eventually

I doubt either will give. GE already has plots built in for expansion. Muppetvision is an eternal tribute to Henson and helps give Muppets (a merch mover) a presence in parks. Star Tours is forever iconic and represents the OT and PT.

It is more likely GE folds than those two.

0.0001%>0.00001% is true, afterall.
