As for Gaston's, you can expect the same basic disney counter service. Long lines, average food, customers that don't realize you can go to both sides of the register. Hopefully though the theming is excellent and it becomes a fun place to cool of and fill up. Assuming you can navigate the strollers and find a table not being saved already.

Looking at the concept art I believe that the 'be our guest' dining will be modeled after the Ratatouille anamatronic that was in use at Chefs De France. They'll have 'waiters' come around with the characters as well as some built into the tables...so it seems.

I know I am setting myself up for disappointment, but I'm gonna hold out hope anyway. As for it being a buffet, I feel like that would really hurt the atmosphere. When I think of the best restaurants in WDW, none of them are buffets. The whole buffet feel is just not for me. Plus its Be Our Guest, serving myself does not feel like the right fit.

Well i'd be kind of disappointed if it was just a rehash of Cinderella's restuarant which is right next door.

I agree. Seeing that shot of Lumiere in the corner, the first that that came to mind was Remy on his little cart.

Im hoping for a great place to sit and enjoy a dinner in MK! Hoping for what should be some great theming and a restaurant that will put tonys to shame!!
