What Disney resort/park food did you like so much, that you made it at home?

Patagonia booth in food and wine had the beef skewer with chimichurri sauce for a few years. I never heard of chimichurri before that trip, but really liked it. When we got home, i looked up the recipe and made a batch. Now we keep it around from time to time.

My wife made a few of our favorite Sanaa bread service dips....we went out and bought some naan bread, and tried that a few times..

Curious if anyone else does this.......

Back in the 80's getting the Lamb Barley Soup from the Rose & Crown pub in Epcot was one of my family's traditions every trip. My Mom wrote them one year after returning and they mailed her the recipe. She makes it a couple times every year when it gets cool out and it's an absolute highlight for me.

Last Easter I recreated the Liberty Tree Tavern Patriot Feast with
Turkey & Stuffing
Roast Pork
Flank Steak (the old menu in place of pot roast)
Mashed Potatoes
Green Beans
Butternut Squash
Macaroni & Cheese
Turkey, Pork & Beef Gravies
Oooey Gooey Toffee cake
Apple Crisp (again old menu)
My mother in law praised the mac & cheese; I did not have the heart to tell her it was Stouffers.

Key Lime Pie (can't remember where from, think it was the old Monorail Cafe at DL)
Sweet n Sour Meatballs - Tangaroa Terrace (Polynesian)
Meat Skewers - all 3 from the Bengal Barbecue at DL
Pineapple Rice - Tangaroa Terrace (Polynesian)
Patriot's Pot Roast - Liberty Tree Tavern
Tonga Toast - Kona Cafe (Polynesian)
Teriyaki Onion Burger - Adventureland Veranda
Mango Mousse (don't recall where this one was from, I think Boma?)

Lots more, but can't remember them all!

The Canada Cheese Soup once because it was a lot of work for one person, my husband can't eat creamy soups. And multiple times the Disney Snickerdoodle that we got during the Christmas party

Le Cellier Filet with Mushroom and Truffle Risotto,
With the cheese soup-

I make Grand Mariner Slushies quite often. I have perfected them minus the World Showcase view. ;)
The secret is Luigi’s Orange frozen ice.. not sour mix like many copycat recipes call for. And blending the crap out of it, ice and Grand Mariner in a processor.

Pork Saltimbocca from Mama Melrose.

Crystal Palace breakfast potatoes

Grapefruit cake

Dole Whip

And when I can get Star Rum I make Harambe Coolers from Dawa Bar. They will get ya hurt though, because you cannot taste that rum at all. 😑

I make pork dumplings all the time but cannot fold them right, looks like a 3 year old did it. Taste good though. Lol
