12 miles yesterday, all at 8:19. Pretty good run, once I got past the first 4 miles.

For whatever reason it is taking me longer to get the rhythm of the runs this year, by mile 5 I was in the grove.

Titans provided little entertainment this weekend so I was glad it was only a 12 miler. I was done by halftime. Oddly enough so were the Titans.

And as for today...let the week of doom begin,

I'm with you. Takes me 2 miles to get my wind and 4-5 to get the groove on. Easy 5-miler today and my week of doom starts Thursday.

2.66@2i@6:58.

Anyone heard from Nick or Joel recently? It's been ages.

I'm not sure why he dropped off here, but Nick posts regularly on Facebook. If you Friend him there, you can see all his latest incredible feats (feets?;)) He's amazing.

Joel seems to have removed himself from social media for the most part. Every 6 months or so I see him post something on Facebook, but I have no idea if he's still running or doing tris.

As for me, I managed to squeeze in 3.5 miles on the TM last night while DD was at swim team practice.

That would require me to get a Facebook account. ; ) I choose to live vicariously through others.

Good time management.

Minnie Dopey Day Three, 10 miles. Sunny with temps in the 30s and breezy. Perfect conditions. Seems like 10 degrees of cooling is worth 30 seconds faster per mile.

Had one of those annoying middle of the night leg cramps but the foam roller fixed me right up. Scared me though. Could barely walk until I rolled it out.
