What did you do?

After a month (starting tomorrow) of doing nothing due to being sick I finally went for my first walk today. Slowly easing back into it.

Hoping I can catch up on my virtual DL races and then Princess.

I too was back at it yesterday after falling 10 days earlier. My training plan called for a 35 min easy run and I ran 5 easy mins sandwiched between easy walks. Started slower than my usual paces and with each 5 mins I sped up a bit to end on my normal pace. It was ok while running but this morning my knees are a bit tender, so I think the bruises are still there, but each day is better.

Hope each day you feel better and better.

I did 60 minutes on the eliptical.....

so where did everyone go?

I’m here, but still can’t run after fracturing 3 toes at the end of June. I very excitedly walked 10 mins on the treadmill last week but will unlikely be able to run in the various races I thought I’d be running the next 2ish months. Maybe - if I am lucky - I’ll be able to run-walk my 10k at the end of October.

12.12 miles on Sunday. My coach (wife), helped me through with encouragement and pop-up water stops.
I have a half marathon in 2 weeks.

The Loop of Death is fun, isn't it. 😄

How are you enjoying your 1st cruise?

More importantly, when do you return? We've got a surprise waiting for you....
Not my 1st cruise but we had a great time. 3 days is too short and HOTHS isn't worth the extra $$ but I was on, on MY discount :) got back yesterday and already prepping for Milton

Next cruise - 10/29 on the Treasure and 12/1 on the Treasure 💅💅💅
