What did you do?

Did a very lackluster 8 miles yesterday. Ran the first 4 at about a 11:00

Then someone called me and asked if I could do a presentation for work.....which got my imagination running.

I don't know if you guys and gals are like this but when someone calls me with an idea or something I get excited about I immediately start researching, even as I run. I was running at an empty park I run at at least once a week so I could multi-task.

And while I get excited I am also scrolling on my phone...so I "ran" the next 4 mile at about a 14:00 lol.

and why exactly isn't this thread a sticky?

I ran 3.26 miles at an 11:48 pace. I was damp and windy and suddenly 71 degrees at 5:00pm in Massachusetts.
Dealt with a lot of puddles and wet leaves on the sidewalks, but I ran in a t-shirt.

2.6 miles uphill to earn this (after my 2 team-mates put in the rest of the distance):

Did a ho hum 7 yesterday didn't even bother to time it, but I know it was slow.

Mainly because my Darling Wife dropped the bomb on me that the ten mile leg of the Ragnar I thought I was doing tomorrow, is actually three legs and 22 total miles.....

Send thoughts, or prayers, or whatever good will my way....seriously. I should have asked more questions.

Like I said before, or thought about saying, (I am getting older), I hope not too much of it is in the dark. Enjoy!

A bunch of 2+ mi runs outdoors last week. Was practically on Mickey's door step (Uber drove past the WDW gate once) and didn't set foot on property. Today was 2.25@.5@9.

I will admit, I am a little jealous of the runners that are that near the parks, at the same time glad you got those runs in.

6m on Saturday around the big lake. 3.7m today around the neighborhood. I'm glad I squeezed in a lunch time run before the cold front came in because now the wind is so strong and loud that it sounds like a hurricane out there!

This cold front that is sweeping across the country is no joke. Glad you got the run in before.
