4 uphill miles today, signed up to do the long stretches for a Ragnar Team....better be ready, 10 miles over Mount Eagle, Tennessee
Definitely not as slow as you may think or feel. I would check your watch though. You put in almost three and a half miles
and didn't burn any calories?

Noted, I’ll take a look! Slowly getting up in distance. This week I ran just short of 10 miles, happy with that as it’s my first week of running (ever).I have one of the less expensive ones, a Garmin Forerunner 45, $200.00. It has been great.
Also, I ran 4.16 miles at a 11:18 per mile pace and I ran this morning 4.07 miles at a 12:09 per mile pace.
