2.1 again today.

We'll want a trip report, with photos, of the places you've explored and run.

Heh, this report would be simple. Post a picture of blackness. = p

And pictures of the puppy...we're still waiting @dreamfinder. :D

@dreamfinder - She's adorable! I'm very jealous. But I'm also pragmatic and I live in an apartment in a city and work full-time and it just isn't fair to have a dog under those conditions. So we have our cats who don't need as much of our attention as a dog would.

Ran 3.1 miles tonight on the treadmill at work. I think I may need to find a solution for this weekend's long run ... the weather is not looking good for running outside over the next week. I just don't know if I could do a really long run on a treadmill - I think the longest I've ever managed to do on a treadmill is about 6 miles and I'm supposed to do 10...

2.12@9.9 today. Knee still felt ok, a smidge wonky towards the end. I'm thinking more legs/bike and slow runs this weekend. Not gonna push it 3 weeks out.

Thanks @LAKid53 and @Swissmiss It's good shes adorable, helps to make rolling out of bed at 1AM for potty breaks almost bearable. She is a love, usually wants to cuddle up on our lap to sleep instead of in her bed. But she is still mouthy and likes to nip. So the good with the meh I guess.

No meteors this morning. Guess I'm too close to the city. Thought I saw some small flashes but probably wishful thinking. Was a bit slow this morning because I was looking up into Gemini. :)

So, this week was my last Wednesday long run before Marathon Weekend. Tues-5, Wed-8, Thu-4, all in freezing temps. Saturday & Sunday long runs then taper time!

It's amazing how sharp those little puppy teeth are

Just under 7 miles of very brisk walking - it's way too cold to run here (about 35 degrees) and I decided I was better off at least getting a long and fast walk than running when my hip muscles feel too cold. In a few more days I'll be at my sister's and can at least watch tv while running on her treadmill.

9 frozen miles Saturday followed by a slightly warmer 16 miles Sunday. 34F at start and 55F at finish! Had to stop at mile 8 and shed some layers.

No more Wednesday run, no more double weekends. Happydance.gif.
