What are you most excited about from D23 2017?

I am really excited for Tron!!! I want to be excited for the Star Wars Hotel, however, I believe that in my current financial state, that the price point will be very very high. :) Maybe they will even put Flynn's arcade in for good measure! :)

Honestly, I'm excited for all of it, and I don't even know why. I can see myself eating at the space restaurant once or twice for giggles. I'm happy MK is getting a theater, but reserving my judgment until I know what's going to be on the stage.

Don't ride coasters, so I don't care about Tron or the Guardians ride (and I know nothing about those IPs, for that matter). Don't care much about Star Wars (although I know I'll get a kick out of GE, and I'm sure my son will end up staying at the new resort with his uncles and cousin while my sister, niece and I have a relaxing few nights elsewhere).

I'll probably look at the Rat ride the same way I look at the 3 Caballeros--entertaining enough, but not a big part of any trip. I'm pretty sure the Mickey ride will be amazing, but I'd be way more excited for an AA-heavy attraction.

I'm scared to death of the gondolas already (I hate heights). Can't see myself staying at the Riviera DVC unless it turns out to be 200 times more amazing than the concept art suggests. Maybe if it had a walking path to Epcot, because again, I don't want to waste Xanax on gondola rides.

I'm sure this post comes across as negative, but believe me ... I'm so excited for all of it! I don't even care that so little of it interests me personally. I can't wait to see all this sweet, sweet construction, I can't wait to see all these new structures, I can't wait for the sight lines to change, and I am over the moon that the parks and resorts are getting new blood pumped in, especially because I believe these big announcements are the tip of the iceberg, and lots of other things are going to be rolled out within the next few years.

Hmmm...

1. Biggest (positive) surprise: the MK Theater. Wasn't expecting it -- at least not in that location -- but it is a perfect addition to that park and glad to see that it will use underutilized space to help with crowding.
1b. Space Restaurant: totally out of the blue. Yeah, just a restaurant -- ironically in the part that least needs new food places -- but I love that it should WDW is making an effort for theming.

2. Most important announcement: Ratatouille. I had a fear this wasn't going to happen and I think this project is very important, as that area of the park really needs a ride and it is a good fit for the WS and it's an actual addition.

3. Attraction I'm most intrigued by: Runaway Railroad. Disappointed by the location, but very interested to hear the song and see how this is executed. Seems like fun!

I thought the Star Wars galaxy's edge stuff looked really good and thought both attractions sounded like e tickets which I didn't expect! Tron is really exciting as well I'm glad they are going to do it without demolishing to replacing anything, hopefully the speedway can get some enhancements to better fit the area.

We always gladly voice our opinions and comments about what we like, but the person who leaked or hinted at almost everything takes the time to help us instead. @marni1971, if you would like to, it would be awesome to hear the things you are most excited for that has been announced! My bet is on Battle Escape:D

If it's anything like they were testing but a million times better as they said, I'm thinking it's going to be a huge hit. I'm really curious about the ingenious way you enter the cartoon.

Out of everything I am most excited for (and most blown away by) is Tron coming to Tomorrowland! I know they hinted at it here on the forums but I honestly thought another e-ticket in Magic Kingdom was just tooooooo good to be true. I cheated and peeked at a ride video on YouTube and holy heck I cannot wait to ride this!!! The seats look super cool! I have never seen Tron, so I guess I better brush up on my Disney movies.

Oh Disney, all the plans up your sleeves! I am soooooooooooo excited for the future!!! :) :) :) :) :)

If you look at this picture, what we thought might have been a shop or restaurant or cafe where you can go on the roof bit(with a gradual incline) I think might be a dolphin show(or something similar).

There are dolphins in the Seas pavilion, you don't really see them though, maybe this is a show for them. The stairs into the pool bit caught my interest(someone must go in), and the glass surrounding the upper area(to stop people getting in, if it were just a pond bit, they would have a lower rail, and seats on the upper bit to eat whatever you would have bought in the cafe), it's big enough to do a show(big enough pool, enough viewing area, on two floors).

So there you go.

Nice idea but I doubt it's a dolphin show. You see that at a park down the road.

Maybe that's exactly why they would get a dolphin show, they already have dolphins in the back, bring them out in view, and people are less likely to go to Seaworld.
