Weird Survey from Walt Disney Parks & Resorts

Been lurking here for awhile and finally decided to post.....

When I was at Hollywood Studios on June 16, I was approached by someone and asked if I would take a survey. I agreed and had hoped it would be something regarding either Star Wars or Cars Land. After not receiving their survey for several weeks, I figured that they must have input my email address incorrectly.

So I was very surprised when I received one this morning. It had all kinds of weird questions, almost like it was an IQ test, LOL. It would give me two words and then ask me to write a sentence using those two words. For example, it asked me to write a sentence using Epcot and white, Epcot and hard, Epcot and control, Animal Kingdom and day, and Hollywood Studios and forever! It sounds to me like they are trying to get people to say things to justify something they have planned. Like there are certain responses that they're hoping to obtain.

They also asked a lot of questions regarding the dinner shows, like the Polynesian luau and Mickey's BBQ.

What does anybody think they might be trying to get at by using Epcot and white? Any idea how these could possibly fit into some of the current rumors? I tried my best to figure out a way to work in bringing back Dreamfinder......

The part that you said they asked you to write a sentence with certain words sounds interesting non the less. I would assume that maybe the survey took a while to get to your email due how many they send. Are you sure that the Email was from the Walt Disney Company and you didn't have to fill out any personal information?

Sounds like they are using elements from the MMPI - 'Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory' to evaluate guest intelligence level, Perhaps our comments on the 'Honey Boo Boo' demographic have hit home.

Before anyone asks my Grandmother was a professor of psychology and she would try new lectures out on family first...

Yeah, I double-checked the sender and it was from Walt Disney parks and resorts. It did seem to require certain amount of intelligence; I felt like I was taking an achievement test where I had to come up with the best analogy. I tried to respond with as much of an agenda as I possibly could LOL. New attractions for the parks, instead of just replacing them. Bring back Dreamfinder! Make AK take longer than a half-day and get Epcot back to its roots.

Epcot and white...hmm and a way to work in Imagination? How about the part of the old ride where it was all white with Figgy painting it? For the Hollywood Studios and forever thing, 'Its been forever since that park has gotten any new rides. Or been finished.'

OOOh this could go in the Games section. New game: Incorporate the following two words, and then TNP does that and adds two new words. First word must always be something connected with WDW, next word must be an adjective.
Or not.

You know how when a car salesman, at the end of your sale, says, "Please take this survey about me. I need all "EXTREMELY SATISFIED" responses or I don't get my paycheck this week"?

This survey sounds even lower than that, which is already low.

Can someone provide a transcript of the survey?
This sort of market research is very interesting.

I'm still trying to work out what association they're looking for with "Epcot" and "white."
...over-representation of European countries in the World Showcase?
I'm stumped.
I got Animal Kingdom and slow.

Walt Disney World Resort and control

And one other, don't remember.

WDW and control totally wanted me to give a response to support Next Gen. Again, it did not get one.

@ford91exploder is pretty close to home. This looks like a variation on "Sentence Completion Tests". Yikes. Talk about looking for a "guest's" real feelings about something. Personal motivation studies use this. I hope you guys took a shower after those.

P.S. I need to dig out some old text books
