WDWMagic March Madness Tournament

If you clicked this thread expecting to see a NCAA Basketball tournament bracket, you're out of luck. Because gambling on sports is generally a no-no in the US, I'll be running the second annual WDWMagic March Madness ATTRACTION Tournament.

This topic was brought up about a week back, asking if someone would be interesting in running it this year, and because no one really responded, I'll be doing the honors.

Last year it was organized rather scientifically by matching the most likely highest ranking attractions versus the worst in the first round. Now, this was realistic, but the outcomes were rather predictable. This year I've decided to run it a little differently, in a way that it will be more interesting to see the results.

I'll simply write up all of the attractions of each park and put them in a hat. Each two attractions drawn will be seeded against each other, regardless of popularity. This means that we COULD possibly lose an attraction like Space Mountain or something similar in the first round.

I'll be posting the brackets sometime soon, hopefully within the next week.

Alright, well, it seems I had some free time this evening, and I went ahead and drew the matchups. Each of the 4 divisions are divided up into 8 seperate games. Everything was completely random, and some of these matchups will mean great attractions will be ousted early on. There were quite a few new attractions added this year, so the outcome has the possibility of being very different from last year's tournament.

Simply copy these brackets into your post, then delete one attraction from each match-up. KEEP the attraction you think is better in each one.

Yeah, I got rid of Ice Station Cool to make way for many more Magic Kingdom attraction that were left out last year, and a few others. I thought, for example, that attractions like COP, Hall of Presidents, and the Railroad were more deserving of a spot than that. I like Ice Station Cool, but it's more of an advertisement than an attraction.

That'd be awesome. I had originally thought of dioing that as well, but I also usually enter pools that have money involved, and there really wouldn't be a way to have everyone pitch in here. But I guess I'd survive if it were just for fun.
