just learned that the line for Pirates at DL reached 8 1/2 HOURS last week..... let's see what happens here at the official opening....

That would mean roughly 61,200 people waiting in line, which is greater than park capacity. Methinks that might be just a rumor. Pirates is the most efficient ride in the park.

But, anyway, I love the changes. The AAs look great, and the Davy Jones projection looks like a really neat effect. The outside is an especially welcomed change, at least for me. I feel that it draws more attention to the ride than the previous singage did.
