WDW picture of the (Rainy) day

The only rain we saw last trip, which lasted a perfect 25 minutes. Long enough for Mulan to take grab my daughter's hand and take her inside and have a nice long conversation. I LOVED this rain!

i mostly love people who don't yet understand florida's short (less than 2 hour) summer afternoon thunderstorms and empty out the park. the last time it happened for us was early august...made the day less hot and the park much more empty :animwink:.

We stayed at BLT and loved it. Nothing beats the convenience of a monorail hotel. We had six nights in what was supposed to be a lake view room, but we were on the outside of the building at the very back far left side of the lake. It gave us a great view of MK! For the last three nights of our trip, we were in a park view room that overlooked the Contemporary, Seven Seas Lagoon and MK.

My previous picture was taken from the lake view room and the pic a bit further back of the Contemporary and monorail was taken from the park view room.

This was our "Savannah View" room. This is the extent of our "view" unless we happened to be there around 5-5:30PM at giraffe feeding time. Hard to see the rain unless you look in the pond.
