I actually took it from the Sun Wheel (I think that's what it was called). I managed to get the lens of my camera inbetween those tiny little holes.

Good call on the tree, I missed that.
I noticed that:
a) there is no one overweight in the crowd
and
b) they are all wearing long pants, light jackets, and sweaters, and as you point out, it is well before xmas... I don't see a single person in shorts.
I was down last January, there was one day out of 7 that you could wear long pants.

Jeffb - thanks for taking the effort to post the vintage photos (I assume you are scanning them?). It's so fun to see generations enjoying WDW. And the clothes and hair styles!
Is it just me or do all the older people look REALLY old with those hair styles? Reminds me of my Grandma's hair.:lol:
Hi NadieMask2 - Thanks - the photos were taken by my parents and I am scanning the slides. I also enjoy seeing vintage WDW and am particularly partial to early 80s WDW. With regards to the people looking old - I was surprised how few children are in the photo.

ok i didnt take this one. but i did adjust the lighting so you could tell what it was.
