Where is this?

I believe it is in France, near the side closest to the waters that run alongside the International Gateway entrance to EPCOT.

If that makes sense at all... :lol:

Actually It Is in France. However, It is not on the side by the water. This is the garden in front of the shops straight ahead as you come off of the bridge from International Gateway / Great Britian area. There is also a Hidden Mickey in these hedges. :lookaroun
