Mississippi River somewhere around New Orleans. I would guess up river from New Orleans.

Just picked up an old Minolta MD 50mm f/1.4 ($65) and slapped it on my NEX-7 (with a $15 adapter). I took a few quick shots in my front yard, all wide open...

No auto focus but manual focusing was fairly easy with focus peaking.

The lens seems extremely well built ( and heavy ) and I think the camera looks pretty bad-asss with it on...
